Warranty
Ocean Rock EU GmbH. doing business as Elementi, warrants Elementi fire features and accessories to be free from defects in parts and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. In the event of such defects Elementi will, at its option, repair or replace the defective product. The foregoing is at the discretion of Elementi.
There will be no charge for the replacement parts or product, however it will be the consumer’s responsibility to return the product to the original place of purchase.
Elementi will not be responsible for consequential damages in excess of the purchase price of the product on which such liability is based and the warranty does not cover costs including freight, removal and reinstallation.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only for units that are for non-commercial personal use only.
Under this warranty agreement, all gas lines must be installed by a licensed gas fitter. Damage caused by shipping, staining and abuse are not covered under this warranty. Dings, dents and scratches, fading and natural weathering are not covered under this warranty. Decorative rock is not covered under this warranty. Improper installations, repair or modifications made by anyone other than Elementi will void this warranty and any damage caused by such is also not covered under this warranty.
Minor chipping, weather fading, water staining and non-structural hairline cracks are typical of the material of this product and are not covered under this warranty. Some color and texture variation is typical of the material and finish for this product and is not covered under this warranty.

The igniter says electric. Does it have to be plugged in to an electrical outlet or is it battery operated?
It is AAA battery operated. The battery is located inside of the igniter.
Can I put this on a wooden deck

Can this fire table be stored outside safely with the protective cover on in a cold climate during the winter months?
We recommend that you detach the propane tank, cover the item and store the unit in an enclosed area. This will help protect it from cold weather conditions.
Do I need to buy a connector and hose to connect the propane tank?
No, the fire pit comes with hose and regulator, ready to attach to your propane tank.
I am concerned about rain water getting inside the item. Does the lid make it water-proof or do I need to buy a separate cover for it?
This product is designed for outdoor use, so a little rain shouldn't be too much trouble. But we suggest that you use a cover to protect the table when it is not in use. A cover will keep leaves and dirt out of the lava rock or fire glass.
Can a propane tank be hidden inside the unit?
No, a propane tank cannot be hidden inside of this unit.
Is there an option for natural gas hook up?
This unit comes ready to work with LP gas tanks. A natural gas conversion kit is not included.
How long will the unit burn with a full 20 lb. tank?
A 20 lb tank will last for about 10-15 hrs depending on the flame height.
How much assembly is required?
Very little assembly is required. Connect the regulator with your LP gas tank and then fill the pan with the included lava rock.
Where can you buy the propane tanks for this unit?
This unit does not require a specific type of tank other than the standard 20 lb tank used with most fire tables. They are available at most home improvement stores.
How high is the flame?
The height of the flame depends on the gas pressure in the supply line and the placement of the decorative media placed on top of the burner. With the maximum pressure usable by the burner and the proper placement of the media, one could expect up to an 18" flame.
What is the overhead clearance minimum? Can it be used under an umbrella?
The overhead clearance requirement is 72" above the height of the table top. The umbrella would need to be 6' taller than the table.
What is GRC? It is durable?
GRC is a glass fiber reinforced concrete and is very durable.
Does the unit come with an insert to make into an ice bucket when not burning?
No, an ice bowl insert is not available for this unit.
Is this item winter proof/weatherproof?
Yes, this item is made to be used outdoors. However, it should be covered during the winter months.
Do we need to have the fire pit connected to an electrical supply or outlet?
The item does not require an electrical connection. It is a push button ignition that is battery powered.
Does this fire pit come with a variable flame control?
Yes, this fire pit does have variable flame control.
It shows the burner, can that all be cover with extra lave rock?
No, the appropriate amount of lave rock is sent with this unit. You cannot use extra lave rock to gain more burner coverage. Doing this can cause the burner to soot and reduce flame height as well as cover the igniter causing the fire pit not to light.
Is the propane tank included?
No, the propane tank is not included with this fire pit.
Is the connection valve to the propane tank standard connection?
Yes, the propane tank connection is a standard connection. Inlet connection: QCC (1.312””-5ACME)
Can this fire pit use a direct line from a propane source? Not a small tank?
This fire pit comes ready and equipped to connect to a 20 lb. LP gas tank. You will need a certified gas supplier or a local gas professional to come and reconfigure the gas connection in order to connect this to a plumbed propane line. Changing to the connection would void the warranty.
Does the copper structure itself get hot?
The top edge can get hot, but the sides and bottom of the fire pit will not get hot.
How hard is it to assemble?
It’s very easy! Ten minutes would be enough. Please refer to Guide Book.
Can I burn charcoal in it?
No, it is not designed to burn charcoal.

What material are the fireplaces made of?
For the production of our fireplaces we use fiber concrete and Eco-Stone. These materials are particularly robust and ensure longevity. Fiber concrete is a concrete whose properties are optimized by adding fibers, for example, to prevent the formation of cracks.
Eco-Stone is made of natural inorganic mineral powder, with the addition of high-quality plastics. Attractive appearance, high stability and light weight are the characteristics of this material.

Do you need any special knowledge for the installation of the fireplace
No special expertise is needed for the setup. However, since the fireplaces are very heavy, we advise to take one or more people to help with the assembly.
I need an invoice for the order, where can I find it?
Invoices are sent by default by e-mail after your order has been processed. Furthermore, you can view the invoice in your ELEMENTI store customer. If you have not received an invoice, please contact us and we will send it to you again.
I am from the surrounding area, can I pick up my order myself?
It is possible to pick up the online order on site. During the ordering process, the self-pickup option must be selected when choosing the shipping method so that no shipping costs are charged.
Is the fireplace waterproof or do I need a separate cover when it rains?
Rain won't do much harm to the fire pit, as it is designed for outdoor use. However, we recommend using either a protective cover or lid for general protection.
Is the gas bottle integrated into the fireplace?
Not all fireplaces can have the gas bottle integrated. For the fireplaces where it is possible, it is explicitly stated in the product description.
Is a hose and a pressure reducer included?
Both the pressure reducer and the hose needed to connect to a gas bottle are included.
Can the fireplace be placed on a wooden base?
It is not a problem, the fireplace can be placed on a wooden base.
Can the fireplace be used indoors?
No, the fireplaces are designed for outdoor use only, as it may cause CO2 poisoning if the fireplace is used indoors.
Can the flame be regulated?
The flame can be regulated with the built-in flow regulator.
Is it possible to grill on a fireplace?
The fireplace is not suitable for grilling or food. Contamination may affect the proper functioning of the fireplace.
Can the fire pit be left outside over winter?
Yes, it can be left outside over winter, but should be covered with a weather protection hood.
Is it possible to use a normal firewood for the fireplace?
You should not use a normal firewood, because the fireplace will be polluted by the ashes. Under accessories you can find our offer of ceramic firewood suitable for this purpose.
Are covers for the fireplace included?
Only some fireplaces include the protective hoods. Please refer to the product description.
What kind of gas is used for the fireplaces?
The fire pits are powered by commercial propane or butane gas.
How can I track my package and what is my tracking number?
Once your order has left our facility, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number of your package.
What are Elementi's fireplace tables made of?
Elementi combines materials such as fiberglass reinforced concrete (GRC) Fiberglass reinforced concrete (GRC) is one of the most versatile building materials available.

It comes with a battery, where is this going?
The battery should be inserted into the ignition button (IGNITER). Unscrew the button and insert the battery with the plus side out.
It comes with one with a small bottle of gray sand, what is this?
This is a repairkit (cement), and can be used if you should be so unlucky to e.g. get a notch, or a wound on the surface of the table. You can read the instructions for use in English by clicking HERE!
It comes with gray nail polish, what is this?
This is included with the tables that have a "lacquered" surface and are used to repair minor damage to the table.
Can we use it inside?
No. Our products are intended for outdoor use only. It can be used in outlyings and similar places, where there is at least 25% opening. Using the table in enclosed spaces can in the worst case be fatal.
Can the fireplace table be used in winter?
Elementi fireplace tables are frostproof and can be used outdoors in winter. When storing and storing, the products should be wrapped dry and ventilated.
How do I store the table in winter?
If you are not going to use the table through the winter, we recommend that it is stored dry and ventilated. Either in the garage, or during a press conference on the terrace. The cover supplied is not a suitable winter storage cover. We recommend that gas cylinder covers are stored inside, as the concrete in these is slightly thinner.
Where should I place the gas cylinder?
In all lounge tables, the gas cylinder must be placed next to the table or connected to an existing gas plant. Bar tables, dining tables and some jars have the gas holder hidden in the product. This is described in the product description under each product.
Should I impregnate the table?
Yes, you should definitely do that. Should the accident be out spilling coffee or wine on the table, there will be a very big difference whether the table is impregnated or not. We recommend Anti Spot Nano, which is considered to be one of the best for impregnation of this type of surfaces.
How long is the warranty on the table?
2 years warranty.
Can I use lava stones and décor glasses together?
No. You should use either lava stone, or décor glass.
Can I cook on it?
No. For cooking we recommend barbecue
What does it cost to have it delivered and what is meant by free shipping?
We transport and deliver the table to your home, as close to the house wall or entrance hall as it is possible to get to with a regular jack trolley. If you want help placing the table beyond that, there will be a price markup. We reserve the right of free delivery to addresses where access is limited, e.g. cabins located off the beaten track, or addresses where it is impossible to get to by van/truck. In such cases, it must be agreed in advance, and we will find a solution. On small packages sent by mail, shipping is provided.
How is the table delivered?
All large packages are delivered directly to the door. We ship either with Bring or Link Logistics. Smaller parcels less than 35 kg are sent by Post office and delivered to the nearest pick-up point. All deliveries home on the door are advised in advance.
